Molded Rubber Products

• Ebco can supply custom compounded materials in various colors for your needs, including hypolon, silicone, santoprene, viton, as well as the standard compounds more commonly used. The types of parts range from precision to standard commercial, small to large in size, in low to high volume.

Rubber Bonded to Metal

• Vibration Isolators are often required to reduce noise and to prevent objectionable or irritating vibrations from engines or motors. When designing your equipment choose a vibration mounting based upon the weight to be supported and the minimum disturbing frequency. You can choose one of many shapes and sizes permitting best use of available space.

Extruded Rubber & Plastic Products

• For parts with uniform cross sections, your low cost tooling choice is extruded. Extruded parts can be punched, cut or spliced, to form endless or custom shaped gaskets, bumper strips, seals and safety edge guards. Plastic and TPR parts can be supplied in dual durometer with color matching capabilities.

Cut, Dipped, Cast, O-Rings & Seals

• This group of parts can be cut, molded, extruded or a combination of these processes. Die cut parts can be made in a variety of materials: sponge, felt, plastic, and rubber, Adhesive can also be added. Dipped parts are produced in a variety of colors in rubber and vinyl. Cast urethane is best suited for high abrasion applications. Ebco can find a custom material for whatever your requirements.
