Seiler Plastics Corporation (SPC) has specialized in precision, custom extrusions for over 25 years.  SPC prides themselves on quality and customer service, including on-time delivery and competitive pricing.

Profiles - Precision, custom extrusions is SPC's backbone product with experience in developing various shapes and configurations.  In-depth technical support and assistance in parts design is provided.  Multi-line, multi-plant operations allow easy production of both small and large sized extrusions, ranging from a 1/4" U channel to a 7" lawn trim.

Tubing - SPC can extrude tubing from a wide range of plastic materials into sizes up to 3.0" outside diameter.  Co-extruded stripes are available on tubing.  SPC supplies tubing that complies with FDA or NSF requirements.  Production includes round, oval, triangular, rectangular or square tubing to customer specifications.  Spacers and washers as small as .050" length can be produced.  Tubing can be cut to length in-line or coiled on reels.

Vacuum Forming - Vacuum forming plastic parts is SPC's newest product offering, along with two decades of experience extruding plastic sheet materials.  Vacuum formed parts pricing is extremely competitive since SPC produces their own sheeting.  Maximum part size is 48" x 96" with a 15" maximum draw.

Sheeting - SPC's plastic sheeting program focuses heavily on secondary operations.  Customers can choose sheeting with surfaces from smooth to knurled in low and high density polyethylene and high impact styrene.  The latest technology in secondary fabrication operations include in-line slitting, die cutting, hole punching or welding to custom requirements.  With optimal size capabilities, SPC offers sheeting in widths up to 48" and thicknesses from .020" to .125".
